SEO Performance Manager (Site Owner)

About the role

Paradise Media is seeking an experienced SEO Performance Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high‑authority iGaming and affiliate sites. Based in Malta with a hybrid schedule, you will work closely with the Head of SEO and a team of over a dozen specialists, turning data‑driven ideas into live results.

Key responsibilities

• Own SEO performance across assigned sites, from strategy through execution and iteration.
• Orchestrate AI‑driven SEO workflows using internal tooling to scale output and insight.
• Lead keyword strategy, site architecture, internal linking, and on‑page optimisation at scale.
• Investigate and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawling, indexing, templates, and architecture.
• Evaluate new page or section opportunities and prioritize based on impact.
• Turn ideas into tests, collaborate with developers and content specialists, and measure results.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and raise overall execution quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in iGaming, affiliate or other competitive search markets.
• Strong understanding of on‑page SEO, content planning, keyword research, search intent, and conversion‑rate/CTR optimisation.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other SEO optimisation tools.
• Familiarity with Claude code and Vibe coding, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Based in Malta or willing to relocate and able to work from the Saint Julian's office on a hybrid schedule.
