Marketing Executive – Campaign & Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events. The role blends graphic design, campaign reporting, budget administration, media coordination and brand management to drive our brand’s visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design artwork for print, digital, advertising and event materials, ensuring consistency with corporate and franchise brand guidelines.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional events and sponsorship activities from planning through execution, and prepare performance reports covering lead generation and sales activity.
• Assist with marketing budgets, review invoices against approved expenditure and process related financial documentation.
• Prepare press releases and promotional content, and maintain professional relationships with media representatives, agencies, event organisers and other stakeholders.
• Provide general support to the Marketing Manager, including departmental administration, reporting and compliance with company policies, health & safety and franchise standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a solid understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Diploma in Marketing or a related qualification is an asset.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities, with the ability to produce professional marketing communications.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese.
