Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to support the delivery of search engine optimisation across a portfolio of clients, reporting to the Head of SEO. This hands‑on role focuses on execution, scheduling and ensuring deliverables land on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own scheduling and prioritisation of SEO tasks, maintain content and editorial calendars, coordinate production with writers and designers, and track progress using project‑management tools.
• Support development and execution of SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, link‑building and assist with SEM campaigns.
• Assist with technical SEO audits, site architecture, URL structure, page‑load speed and mobile optimisation, working with developers to implement changes.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of SEO and team, prepare client updates, and align calendars with content, social and web development teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends, evaluate new tools and techniques, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, detail‑oriented and clear communicator.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with performance data and a genuine interest in SEO.
• Based in Malta and fluent in English.
