Marketing Executive

About the role

Elmo Insurance is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support the daily operations of its marketing function. You will work across campaigns, digital communications, social media, PR, events and branding while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns from briefing to post‑campaign reporting.
• Create and schedule social media content; assist with digital marketing, online advertising, email communications and website updates.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality assets.
• Assist with PR and corporate communications, including press releases and media liaison.
• Manage advertising activities and media bookings across TV, radio, outdoor, print and digital channels.
• Develop and produce advertising and promotional content for social and digital platforms.
• Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, digital assets, printed collateral and branded merchandise.
• Organise events and marketing initiatives, handling administration, reporting, procurement and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Qualified in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration or a related field.
• Highly organised, reliable, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Digitally savvy with a genuine interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
• Creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas and uphold brand consistency.
