Marketing Manager – Luxury Aviation

About the role

Astonjet Limited is a fast‑growing business jet operator based in Malta, looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and execute its global marketing strategy. The role focuses on brand positioning, premium content creation and acquiring high‑net‑worth clients in the luxury aviation market. You will work closely with sales, operations and leadership to drive qualified leads and support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the global marketing strategy, strengthening Astonjet’s luxury aviation positioning.
• Manage the WordPress website, improve technical and content SEO, and create landing pages for lead generation.
• Lead content strategy across social media, video, photography and luxury branding, producing high‑quality visual assets and overseeing on‑site shoots.
• Produce press releases, corporate communications, brochures and commercial decks aligned with premium brand standards.
• Develop and optimise acquisition channels including SEO, paid media, partnerships and referrals, tracking performance against ROI targets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, aviation or premium services.
• Proven track record in content creation, photo/video production and storytelling for high‑end audiences.
• Strong corporate communication experience, including press releases, brochures and presentations.
• Excellent written English; French is a plus.
