Senior Multi-Lingual Customer Service Agent

About the role

OKX is seeking a Senior Multi-Lingual Customer Service Agent to interact with global customers in real time via chat, email, and voice. The role involves providing quick, courteous support and handling follow‑up communications.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and issues from customers in multiple languages across email, chat, and voice channels.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders to address complaints and feedback.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate effectively in customers' preferred languages.
• Escalate unresolved queries to Level 2 or supervisors as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in finance, customer service, linguistics, crypto‑related studies or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in language‑related roles such as translation, interpretation or localization.
• High proficiency in English and another European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, German).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and support 24 × 7 operations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Zendesk.
• Basic computer knowledge: macOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, G‑Suite.
