Reactivation Agent

About the role

We are seeking motivated Reactivation Agents to join our vibrant team in Malta. In this hybrid position you will reconnect with inactive customers of our online entertainment brands, encouraging them to return through tailored offers and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to inactive customers by phone and other channels to win back their interest.
• Handle enquiries, resolve issues quickly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, understand preferences and tailor promotions.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively to demonstrate the value of returning to the platform.

Required profile

• Native‑level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in online entertainment or a B2C customer‑facing role.
• Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to engage players effectively.
• Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
