Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join a European customer service team based in Malta and provide epic support to a global player base of 100 million. You will handle game, payment and account queries through live chat, email and phone, delivering first‑contact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via Live Chat, email and telephone on games, payments and account issues.
• Provide first‑contact resolution and investigate problems thoroughly, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments in English to resolve inquiries.
• Utilise internal tools to own and manage each customer request.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Promote safe gambling practices.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written Danish with clear English communication.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and effective problem solving.
• High‑level multitasking ability and proven stress tolerance.
• Independent, proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Good computer literacy and experience in a dynamic customer service environment preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Live Chat, email and telephone communication tools.
