About the role

Penelope Gomes Beauty is expanding and seeks a confident, phone‑savvy Booking Agent to secure client appointments for our clinic in Malta. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position involves contacting potential clients, answering queries about treatments, and converting interest into bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Call and message prospective clients to promote clinic services.
• Answer questions regarding treatments and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and ensure bookings are entered correctly.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly booking targets.

Required profile

• Strong, clear English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales, booking or closing roles.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
