Sales Assistant - Tommy Hilfiger The Point

About the role

Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor active in sport and fashion wear, is hiring a Sales Assistant for its Tommy Hilfiger store at The Point in Malta. The position is full time and involves a personalised approach to sales, meeting set targets and keeping the shop tidy and well displayed.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients across all areas of sales with a personalised approach
• Meet set sales targets
• Stock, replenish and clean sales areas
• Process payments of various kinds
• Advise customers on products suited to their needs using specialist product knowledge
• Package goods professionally and handle customer complaints effectively
• Maintain attractive displays and keep the shop clean and tidy
• Count and balance the cash register and receipts, and stamp or attach price tags to verify accuracy against the price list
• Check inventory regularly, report discrepancies to the line manager and inform staff of stock requirements

Required profile

• Fluent communication in English
• Good organisational skills
• Patient and well-controlled when dealing with clients, and customer focused
• Flexible approach and ability to work shifts
