About the role
Kiabi Gozo is looking for a Sales Assistant. Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor active in sport and fashion wear, owns the brand and its head office is in Malta. The role is full time.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients across all areas of sales with a highly personalised approach
- Meet set sales targets
- Stock, replenish and clean sales areas
- Process payments of various kinds
- Advise customers and suggest products suited to their needs, using specialist product knowledge
- Package goods professionally and handle customer complaints effectively
- Maintain attractive displays and monitor them
- Count and balance the cash register and receipts, and stamp or attach price tags to check accuracy against the price list
- Check inventory regularly, report discrepancies to the line manager and inform staff of stock needs
- Keep the shop clean and tidy
Required profile
- Fluent communication in English
- Good organisational skills
- Patient and well-controlled when dealing with clients, and customer focused
- Flexible and able to work shifts
