Production Operator – Manufacturing & Packaging

About the role

Reporting to the Production Manager, the chosen candidate will form part of the Production department and will be expected to:

Key responsibilities

• Manage, write, edit, and improve documentation such as Batch Manufacturing Records, Packaging Records, SOPs, Proformas, Logbooks and other production related documents.
• Handle production aspects of packaging launches.
• Support manufacturing operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in planning the manufacturing schedule.
• Support training of production personnel.
• Evaluate scientific data resulting from department operations.
• Participate in investigation of deviations and root‑cause analysis where applicable.

Required profile

• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related scientific field.
• Experience in a production/GMP environment is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Results‑oriented attitude that reflects company values.
• Motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Confident and proactive in carrying out duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP.
