Production Manager

About the role

AllLifeScience, a leading pharmaceutical company in Malta, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its production department, ensure efficient manufacturing processes, and meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and develop production staff, providing guidance for performance and growth.
• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual production schedules within budget, reporting KPI results to management.
• Promote quality achievement and continuous performance improvement while maintaining profitability awareness.
• Resolve production and packaging issues, coordinate deviation investigations, and enforce cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Support the Head of Operations in continuous‑improvement projects and approve SOPs and policies.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental best practices and accurate documentation of all production activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience managing production in the pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
