Artwork Specialist

About the role

The Artwork Specialist will support the production team by handling artwork documentation for the company's group of companies, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and facilitating smooth communication between clients, suppliers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle artworks for the employer’s group of companies and coordinate with clients and CMOs to gather required information.
• Collaborate with the technical team to review and approve supplied artwork and work with suppliers for generation and approval.
• Assist Regulatory Affairs with artwork definition and manage artwork changes and related documentation.
• Issue, update, and review production documents such as SOPs and batch records.
• Support GMP implementation across production and work with Quality Assurance to maintain compliance.
• Prepare required documentation (Change Controls, Deviation Reports, root‑cause analyses) and aid in serialization onboarding for clients.

Required profile

• Higher qualification in Science or Project Management.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Experience in a GMP environment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong computer literacy with good command of MS Office applications.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, results‑driven and able to work both independently and in a team.
