German Speaking Customer Support Officers - Monday to Friday

About the role

We are seeking German‑speaking Customer Support Officers to join our growing team in Malta. The position works Monday to Friday and focuses on assisting existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service for inquiries about products and services.
• Open client accounts following company guidelines.
• Handle issues related to internet banking, onboarding, and mobile applications.
• Identify selling opportunities based on customer needs.
• Process card cancellations, block requests, new card issuance and renewals.
• Accurately process transactions and outgoing payments in company systems.
• Maintain records, support invoicing, and allocate payments.
• Collaborate with country coordinators and other departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in online customer support or sales.
• Native or fluent German and fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Team‑player attitude, customer‑oriented and eager to grow.
