Finnish Language Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for Finnish‑speaking customer service champions to join our vibrant Customer Service department at our Malta hub. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the voice of bet365, supporting customers with betting, payments and account queries via live chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through live chat, telephone and email, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Use internal tools to investigate and resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Apply a thorough understanding of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Promote responsible gambling practices among customers.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written Finnish.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to work with various internal systems.
• Excellent listening skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
