German Speaking Customer Support Agent - Monday to Friday

About the role

We are seeking German‑speaking Customer Support and Sales Officers to join our growing team in Malta on a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule. The role involves assisting clients with existing products, identifying their needs, and supporting the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service for inquiries about company products and services.
• Open client accounts according to guidelines and build rapport with customers.
• Address issues related to internet banking, onboarding, and mobile applications.
• Identify selling opportunities based on customer needs and handle card cancellations, blocking, issuance, and renewals.
• Process transactions and outgoing payments accurately in company systems.
• Assist with invoicing, payment allocation, and data gathering via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with country coordinators and other departments, monitor loan repayments, and allocate payments.
• Perform administrative tasks and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in online customer support or sales.
• Native or fluent German and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and a team‑player attitude.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
