Danish Language Customer Account Advisor

About the role

As part of the world’s favourite online gambling brand, you will help shape the customer experience by handling betting, payment and account queries through Live Chat, email and phone. The role is full‑time and scheduled to match the dynamic sporting calendar, covering any five days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience and aim for first‑time resolution of queries and complaints.
• Liaise with internal departments in English to resolve customer issues.
• Respond to customer queries promptly via Live Chat, email and telephone.
• Use internal tools to take ownership of each query and investigate issues thoroughly.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Promote safer gambling practices.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written Danish for a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear written and spoken English to handle diverse questions.
• Passion for exceeding customer expectations and resolving issues efficiently.
• High‑level multitasking ability and capacity to handle multiple interactions simultaneously.
• Proven stress resilience and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Independent problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Openness to feedback and personal development.
• Competent computer literacy, including experience with CRM platforms.
• Previous experience in a dynamic customer service environment is preferred.
