German & English Speaking Contact Centre Agent (Malta)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English speaker to join our on‑site contact centre in Malta. As a Contact Centre Agent you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in German and English, providing clear and empathetic assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve general customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in internal systems.
• Deliver professional service that drives high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Must be a resident of Malta (no relocation support).
• High proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

What we offer

• Progressive hourly base salary that increases after the first month, after probation, and at 12‑ and 18‑month milestones.
• Monthly language allowance of €250 after successful training.
• Performance bonus up to €2,000 per year, paid quarterly after the 6‑month probation.
• Full initial training provided by the company.
• Monday‑Friday schedule, 09:00‑18:30, with weekends off.
