Customer Service Agent (Dutch)

About the role

Bingoal, a leading Belgian betting and gaming company, is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and players, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer practical and technical queries, such as account creation and game procedures, through telephone and email.
• Listen attentively, communicate respectfully and proactively seek solutions to deliver efficient service.
• Coordinate with internal departments (IT, marketing, etc.) when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and team performance.

Required profile

• Prioritise customer satisfaction and quality of service.
• Remain calm under pressure, act quickly and maintain professionalism.
• Take initiative, solve problems and look for improvement opportunities.
• Team player who helps create an enjoyable work environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French.
• Tech‑savvy and confident using Excel.
• Available for rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) and willing to live in Malta or relocate.
