Freelance Call Center Agent Inbound - German (m/f/d)

About the role

We are expanding our international team and need communicative freelancers to join our German-speaking Customer Care unit. As a Freelance Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for callers on behalf of various small and medium-sized businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Greet callers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take callback requests and transfer calls as needed
• Schedule appointments for clients
• Process orders and provide relevant information
• Handle inquiries in both German and English

Required profile

• Native-level German language skills, written and spoken
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Valid VAT identification number (VAT ID)
• Dedicated, lockable workspace free from interruptions
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented attitude
• Comfortable adapting to different work processes and confident using a PC

Required skills

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
• PC or laptop with Windows 10/11 (licensed) or macOS (Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura)
• Cable-based fixed-line technology (VDSL, DOCSIS, or Fiber)
• Minimum 4-core CPU at 2 GHz, 8 GB RAM, and at least 100 MB free disk space
