Dutch Language Customer Account Advisor

About the role

Not your ordinary customer service role! Joining our team of European Customer Account Advisors in Malta gives you the opportunity to support a global customer base of 100 million users and shape the experience for the world’s favourite online gambling brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle betting, payments and account queries via live chat, email and phone.
• Provide timely guidance, investigate issues, and own the resolution process.
• Use internal tools and CRM platforms to manage interactions and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, licensing requirements and promote safer gambling.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and clear English communication.
• Strong multitasking ability and resilience under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Open to feedback and continuous personal development.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Solid computer literacy.
