Motor Claims Associate

About the role

The Motor Claims Associate liaises with individual and corporate clients as well as intermediaries to process motor insurance claims at various stages, supporting the motor claims operations unit.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients and intermediaries throughout the claims process.
• Assist the motor claims operations unit in handling claims efficiently.

Required profile

• Outgoing, meticulous, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and in teams.

Required skills

• Advanced level of education.
• IT proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese.
• Good knowledge of the motor trade and insurance sector (asset).
