Complaint and Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Complaint and Compliance Analyst will support the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in handling customer complaints and ensuring regulatory compliance for RCI Life Ltd’s insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve and monitor customer complaints within regulatory timeframes.
• Maintain and update complaint registers, procedures and reporting for both licensed entities.
• Assist in preparing MFSA Conduct Returns and other regulatory reports.
• Support the development and implementation of the compliance framework, including Solvency II governance and data protection obligations.
• Provide advice on conduct, product oversight and Insurance Distribution Directive requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Insurance, ACII or equivalent; law degree or certification also considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in complaints, compliance, claims or customer service within insurance, financial or banking sectors.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with complaint handling processes and regulatory reporting.
