Legal Counsel (Commercial & Regulatory Focus)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide commercially‑focused legal support across a fast‑paced, regulated environment. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, negotiating complex agreements and managing regulatory risk to enable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology, supplier, partnership, licensing and service contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on commercial and operational matters.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers and external partners, overseeing the full contract lifecycle.
• Support business expansion projects, new market launches and strategic initiatives by identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions.
• Monitor regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and advise on compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Commercial, Product, Compliance, Finance and Operations teams on day‑to‑day legal matters.
• Conduct legal risk assessments for new products, commercial opportunities and operational changes.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors and assist with corporate governance matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial legal role, preferably within iGaming or another highly regulated industry.
• Law degree from a recognised university and excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
