Contracts Administrator

About the role

AX Group is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join its AX Development team. The role will support the effective management of contracts and commercial documentation across development projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, execute and amend contracts, purchase orders and related documentation throughout the full contract lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance, milestones, deliverables and compliance, escalating issues and supporting claims or dispute resolution when required.
• Maintain accurate contract registers, renewal schedules and audit‑ready records in line with legal, regulatory and procurement requirements.
• Prepare reports, analyse data and provide insights on contract performance to aid commercial decision‑making.
• Support the development, review and implementation of contracting procedures, policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery of contractual obligations.
