Associate - Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

About the role

FFF Legal is seeking a motivated Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join its Birkirkara office. Reporting to a Partner, the associate will engage with clients early on and receive mentorship to develop a long‑term career within a rigorous and client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide tailored legal advice.
• Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s practice.

Required profile

• Hold a warrant to practise as an advocate in Malta.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese; additional languages are a plus.
• Post‑graduate degree in law or a related discipline is desirable.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication abilities, with a focus on practical advice.
• Commitment to professional excellence and a desire to progress within the firm.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas for client assignments and conferences when required.
