Client / Project Manager

About the role

BRND WGN is looking for a Client / Project Manager to join a newly formed global-facing team that works directly with nmbl, a New York-based creative agency serving global brands. The role is central to project operations: from client brief to delivery, you keep projects moving smoothly, solve problems proactively and make sure clients feel supported. You will transition to full client ownership within the first 15-30 days.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, keeping communication clear and project flow smooth.
• Lead assigned projects from kickoff to on-time delivery, resolving obstacles proactively.
• Run meetings with clear agendas, actionable next steps and accountability.
• Work with leadership to scope work, staff projects, manage timelines and align resources.
• Track scope, budgets and progress, flagging and resolving issues early.
• Maintain accurate project data, forecasts and deliverables across management systems.
• Build strong client relationships and manage several fast-moving creative projects efficiently.
• Keep documentation, status updates and team visibility current, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Client Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of project or client management experience, ideally in digital, branding or creative environments.
• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Asana, Monday and Hive.
• Presentation software (Keynote, Slides, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and Slack.

What we offer

• Salary range of EUR 30,000 - 40,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Hybrid setup (Malta office / remote) with an initial USA overlap of approx. 12-9pm CET, moving toward more flexibility.
• Annual travel budget of EUR 2,000, health insurance, remote working allowance, professional development training, dedicated laptop, free onsite parking, tea, coffee and snacks, events, monthly team meet-up and Christmas shutdown.
