About the role

As a Senior Business Consultant at Deloitte you will lead transformational consulting engagements that deliver measurable impact for clients across strategy, operations, organisation and change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting projects for clients, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Develop tailored strategic solutions across business strategy, operating model design, change management, process improvement and human capital.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and operational insights.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate complex analysis into clear presentations and reports.
• Manage project scope, timeline and budget, monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of progressive experience in client‑facing advisory, management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
