Warehouse Supervisor (Shift)

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor (Shift) will join a growing department in Naxxar, overseeing the flow of goods and ensuring smooth production support within a GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.
• Assign and stage materials for production processes.
• Prepare shipments and ensure correct documentation.
• Maintain proper storage of materials and control stock levels using the ERP system.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene and security standards in the warehouse.

Required profile

• Preferably a diploma or Advanced Level education; minimum O‑Level qualification.
• Previous experience in logistics, sales or warehousing activities.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a GMP environment is advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English and Maltese; willingness to work shift patterns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (advantageous).
