Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Sourcing Manager leads sourcing activities across the Group, ensuring competitive commercial terms, supply continuity, and alignment with operational needs. You will drive transparency, competition, and value creation throughout the sourcing process while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for key services and goods, running RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in line with business requirements.
• Identify qualified suppliers, create competitive sourcing processes, and analyse commercial proposals.
• Conduct negotiations to secure optimal commercial and contractual terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and support contract onboarding.
• Hand over awarded suppliers and terms to relevant internal teams.
• Monitor market developments, identify alternative sourcing opportunities, and mitigate supply risk.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with internal procurement policies and governance, maintaining full documentation and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, economics, logistics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, tender management and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical and commercial evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English for commercial communication, negotiations and contract drafting.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
