Flight Support Representative

About the role

AirX is a dynamically growing company in the air chartering business with a diverse worldwide fleet. The company is looking for a Flight Support Representative to join the Flight Support Department in Malta, reporting directly to the Head of Flight Support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑sale broker and client support, handling flight changes and restrictions.
• Coordinate daily operations between internal departments.
• Keep work systems up to date with flight changes and inform team members of alterations.
• Define and offer suitable alternative options when restrictions arise.
• Certify that required documentation is available for the Operations department.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and gather positive feedback.
• Adhere to relevant procedures and communicate operational restrictions.
• Assist with catering coordination.

Required profile

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong presentation, negotiation and clear communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Responsible, mature mindset with attention to detail.
• Initiative‑taking, deadline‑driven and teamwork oriented.
• Willingness to work varied shift patterns, including night shifts in a 24/7 operation.
