Senior Product Manager – Payments

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our payments portfolio, delivering secure and efficient payment experiences for customers and partners. The role combines strategic product ownership with close collaboration across engineering, compliance, risk and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for payment solutions, including gateways, processing, and settlement systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk and business teams to deliver new payment features and enhancements.
• Track market trends and customer needs to prioritize product improvements.
• Ensure all solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers and strategic partners.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement using data insights.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing payment products in the iGaming or fintech space.
• Proven understanding of payment processing workflows, gateways, fraud prevention and reconciliation.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and remote teams.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel to the Armenia headquarters monthly for the first six months.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
