Senior Global Pharmacovigilance Data Analyst

About the role

Join Baxter's Global Pharmacovigilance Data Management team to lead data excellence and support patient safety worldwide. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring the quality, reliability and accessibility of critical safety data across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, validation and optimisation of complex reporting solutions and SQL queries.
• Generate and oversee critical periodic and ad‑hoc pharmacovigilance reports.
• Act as escalation point for complex data‑integrity and reporting issues, conducting root‑cause analyses and driving corrective actions.
• Partner with IT, Safety Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and other global functions to identify automation and process‑optimisation opportunities.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities and implementation projects.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Life Sciences or related field.
• Several years of experience in data analytics, reporting or database management.
• Advanced SQL and database querying skills.
• Strong experience investigating data quality and integrity issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex global, cross‑functional environments.
