Senior Account Manager

About the role

Relax Gaming is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its commercial team in Malta. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with top iGaming operators, driving revenue growth and promoting Relax’s premium game portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key customers.
• Maintain and grow revenues from the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate game positioning, marketing promotions and other activities to maximize revenue.
• Present upcoming game releases and ensure favourable commercial conditions.
• Collaborate with internal marketing to deliver promotional activities.
• Act as a trusted partner, sharing knowledge and updates on Relax’s platform, new features and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years handling top‑tier iGaming accounts.
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including slot mechanics, regulation and distribution.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead complex stakeholder conversations.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, structured approach to client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset and desire to progress to a more senior position.
