Sales & Recruitment Consultant Opportunities – Join Growing Malta Team

About the role

Archer IT Recruitment is expanding to a new state‑of‑the‑art office near Valletta and is looking for ambitious individuals to join the team as Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Recruitment Consultants (RC). Both positions offer a full‑time, salaried start with comprehensive training and a clear, performance‑based career path.

Key responsibilities

• BDR: manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build relationships with tech companies, and generate new business opportunities.
• RC: source and assess tech talent, coordinate interviews, and support client hiring needs throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop market insights and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• BDR: experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar client‑facing roles.
• RC: background in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality and a desire to transition into recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, high motivation, and willingness to learn tech recruitment.
