Senior OpenRGS Account Manager

About the role

Hacksaw Gaming is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Senior OpenRGS Account Manager to join its Malta office. You will build and nurture relationships with studio partners and represent the OpenRGS portfolio across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and strengthen strategic relationships with allocated clients.
• Drive client growth and long‑term success by maximising the value and performance of the Hacksaw OpenRGS portfolio.
• Own commercial performance and revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimisation.
• Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions and strategic planning sessions using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Commercial, Operations and Compliance teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Represent the company at international industry events, strengthening brand presence and fostering new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of account management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Good understanding of iGaming, preferably with knowledge of RGS platforms and game aggregation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive account growth.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with willingness to travel internationally.
