Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Food Supplements

About the role

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with a focus on food supplements to ensure our products comply with EU regulations and local requirements. You will support product registration, labeling compliance, and the preparation of regulatory documentation for market entry across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed records of compliance activities, including regulatory submissions, test results, certifications, and product assessments.
• Coordinate product testing and manage certification processes with external agencies, vetting certificates of analysis.
• Participate in internal and external audits, conduct ingredient‑based risk assessments, and produce related reports.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure new product formulations meet legal and safety standards.
• Represent the company in technical meetings concerning product compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Nutrition, Law or a related field.
• 3–5 years of regulatory affairs experience within the EU food supplement sector.
• Strong knowledge of EU food law and regulations specific to food supplements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines.
