Legal Administrator

About the role

ZEDRA is looking for a qualified lawyer to join its international team as a Legal Administrator. You will support senior stakeholders on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, gaining exposure to cross‑border transactions within a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
• Support the board of directors and senior management with legal guidance.
• Provide counsel on corporate law matters, including company formation, structure and governance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for business transactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and a warrant to practise law in Malta.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law and commercial transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
