Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

An organised and approachable Recruitment Coordinator is needed to support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial interviews and applications through to work permit processing, arrival, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and interview applicants, review CVs, issue job offers and collect required documentation.
• Guide candidates through health screening, application and payment procedures.
• Prepare and submit work permit applications, coordinate payments with the Accounts team, track approvals and arrivals.
• Welcome new employees, conduct inductions and liaise with Operations regarding recruitment needs.
• Occasionally travel abroad to support recruitment drives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration or a similar people‑focused role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications while handling personal and confidential information responsibly.
• Attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
