Occupational Health Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Health Case Manager to join our global occupational health services team. The role involves managing employee health cases across multiple countries, ensuring safe and sustainable returns to work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage occupational health cases from referral through closure.
• Assess medical and workplace information and develop case management plans.
• Coordinate medical reviews, specialist referrals, and treatment recommendations.
• Support return-to-work planning and workplace accommodations.
• Liaise with employees, HR teams, managers, healthcare providers, insurers, and clients.
• Coordinate occupational health services across multiple regions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and data protection standards.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
• Escalate complex cases when appropriate.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in occupational health, case management, disability management, employee health, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and case management principles.
• Ability to assess clinical information and make sound recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional, discreet, and highly committed to confidentiality.
• Culturally aware and comfortable working with international stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Occupational Health, Health Sciences, Public Health, Case Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant occupational health or case management certification is an advantage.
