Pet Nutrition Consultant (B2B & Customer Support)

About the role

We are seeking a Pet Nutrition Consultant to join Farmina’s Malta team. The role combines B2B training, direct nutrition advice for pet owners, and representation at pet‑related events, helping to grow the brand’s presence across Malta and Gozo.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach store staff and local groomers on Farmina products, nutrition principles and the Farmina platform.
• Provide follow‑up nutrition consultancy to pet parents via phone, messaging, Zendesk and the mobile app.
• Represent Farmina at cat and dog exhibitions, offering product sampling and promoting the Farmina Pet Care service.
• Ensure proper implementation of branding and marketing materials at points of sale.

Required profile

• Strong affinity for dogs and cats with prior pet‑care experience.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and goal‑driven.
• Excellent communication skills, extrovert, positive and empathetic.
• Fluent in Maltese and English.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to commute across Malta and Gozo.
• Flexible working hours and ability to attend occasional events.

Required skills

• Experience using Zendesk for customer support.
• Proficiency with the Farmina platform and mobile application.

What we offer

• Base salary of €25,000 gross per annum, including a monthly car allowance.
