Merchandiser

About the role

VF Group is seeking a Merchandiser to support commercial growth across its luxury retail operations. The role will own stock management and pricing for both physical stores and e‑commerce channels, ensuring inventory is planned, allocated and optimised to maximise sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of omnichannel stock inventory, allocation and assortment.
• Manage retail pricing, including initial pricing, price changes, markdowns and promotional pricing.
• Plan product ranges and stock plans in collaboration with Buyers.
• Forecast sales volumes, stock requirements and profitability across product categories.
• Monitor stock levels against seasonal forecasts and optimise sell‑through.
• Analyse product performance to identify commercial opportunities.
• Manage slow‑moving stock through transfers, markdowns or promotional activity.
• Oversee order management and processing.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and margins.
• Coordinate markdown and promotional activity with relevant stakeholders.
