Night Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Night Auditor to manage our Front Office operations during the overnight shift at a five‑star Hyatt property. You will welcome late‑arriving guests, ensure accurate billing, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit, verify all financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and revenue reports.
• Process check‑ins, check‑outs and guest requests efficiently.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards and procedures.
• Provide a detailed handover to the morning Front Office team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, Night Audit or hospitality (preferred).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
