About the role

Join Hyatt Regency Malta as a Front Office Agent, welcoming guests and ensuring smooth registration while promoting hotel services and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle arrival, departure and query formalities for individuals and groups.
• Greet guests, manage check‑ins and prioritize guest care.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally and perform switchboard duties.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel sales, front office policies, room types and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Current residence in Malta and ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous front‑desk or customer‑service experience with a professional presentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
