Marketing Specialist - Sports Brands

About the role

Hudson is looking for a Marketing Specialist for its sports brands, based in Malta. The role executes and coordinates end-to-end marketing across all stores and markets, turning brand guidelines into local activations, coordinating agencies and partners, and delivering both in-store and digital initiatives. It suits a creative, outgoing and commercially aware marketer in a fast-paced, multi-market retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day marketing at store and country level, applying and protecting brand guidelines across campaigns, stores and materials
• Plan and run digital and offline campaigns, and coordinate store openings, brand activations and external events
• Manage in-store marketing, including POS, merchandising and promotional materials
• Deliver integrated campaigns across in-store, digital and social channels, influencer and community activations, local media and partnerships, and run local CRM campaigns (SMS, email, loyalty pushes)
• Act as the main contact with outsourced marketing agencies and work with Country Retail Managers, store teams, sales, design and other functions, following brand processes
• Track engagement, analyse performance and report campaign, digital and media KPIs
• Maintain marketing calendars and budget tracking sheets, gather customer insights and competitor activity, and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 2+ years' marketing experience with a strong focus on brand activation
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or sports retail strongly preferred
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Valid Maltese driver's licence and a car
• Comfortable working across cultures and travelling frequently
