Marketing Coordinator - Affiliate & Social Media

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the company's marketing activities, with a strong focus on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. The role covers affiliate activities, promotional campaigns, performance monitoring and finding ways to grow traffic, engagement, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support affiliate marketing across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Identify and contact suitable affiliate partners and build professional relationships.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotions, links and marketing materials across platforms.
• Monitor traffic, engagement, conversions, revenue and other KPIs, and analyse campaign performance to improve reach and conversion rates.
• Research social media trends and market developments to support affiliate marketing growth.
• Work with internal teams on campaign planning and execution, and ensure links, tracking and materials are accurate.
• Maintain records of partners, campaigns and results, and stay up to date with digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks and priorities.

Required skills

• Practical experience with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, social media tools or analytics platforms is an advantage.
