About the role

Join Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company, as a Key Account Manager focused on the Canadian market. You will manage high‑net‑worth customers, building strong relationships to enhance loyalty, deliver personalized experiences, and promote responsible gambling and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value Canadian customers, fostering loyalty and increasing lifetime value.
• Monitor individual performance and ensure timely delivery of online and offline rewards.
• Provide top‑tier customer service as the primary point of contact across all channels.
• Target customers at strategic lifecycle points to drive growth and activity.
• Plan and host local or global Key Account events in collaboration with the Hospitality and Sponsorship Team.
• Track market performance, identify trends, and launch tailored campaigns.
• Gather deep insights into customer behavior to shape personalized strategies.
• Represent Key Account voices, offering feedback and innovative ideas to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment; key customer management is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial acumen, analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and willingness to travel and work outside regular hours.
• Passion for the online gaming industry and a responsible, team‑oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
