About the role

Present the tables and games in a professional manner, following company procedures and gaming regulations. Ensure the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for players.

Key responsibilities

• Start each new game within the preset time interval displayed on screen.
• Explain game rules to customers and create a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Call “game status” on time and prevent any changes to bets once accepted.
• Provide clear commentary on all transactions and maintain high security against cheating.
• Notify the supervisor of equipment malfunctions and collaborate on game improvements.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas tidy and free of clutter.
• Hand over duties smoothly at shift changes and perform any reasonable tasks directed by the employer.

Required profile

• Native Hindi speaker with excellent command of English.
• Strong communication skills and smart appearance.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work.
• Previous experience in a similar role and gaming knowledge is an asset.
