Junior Oracle ERP Functional Consultant

About the role

PwC's Technology team is looking for a Junior Oracle ERP Functional Consultant in Qormi. You will work alongside colleagues with diverse skills in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis and end-user support. You will help understand client requirements and turn them into practical Oracle ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Client engagement: take part in client training sessions and workshops, requirements-gathering sessions and knowledge checks with client teams
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as fit-gap analyses, training schedules and technical and functional documentation
• Carry out system configuration and implementation tasks with the guidance of senior consultants
• Prepare, validate and upload data for data migration, build reports and provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for live projects
• Help prioritise tasks with the project team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience, training or certifications are also valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting and giving product demos
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in software configuration, data integration or user support
• Team player with strong organisational skills
• Maltese is beneficial for some client interactions but not essential

Required skills

• Beneficial: experience supporting or implementing an ERP system, or familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
• Beneficial: understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management and Human Resources
• Beneficial: an accountancy background
